At Aureline Planners , we sell digital products and downloadable materials. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.
No Refunds
Once a purchase is completed and the digital product has been delivered or access has been granted, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under normal circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Lack of usage
- Failure to read the product description
- Incompatibility with software, device, or personal preferences
- Not achieving expected results from using the product

Exceptions

- The file is corrupted or unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement
